Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the local area, the beach and the evening entertainment, and that your daughter had a good time. We’re very sorry that you arrived to find rubbish outside your caravan and, more importantly, that your call to reception didn’t result in this being dealt with promptly. That’s not the welcome we want for our guests, and we’re particularly disappointed that another guest ended up clearing it themselves. We’re also sorry that the caravan and its location didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your comments about the facilities and daytime activities. We understand that changes to the site can be disappointing when you’re returning to somewhere you’ve stayed before, particularly when activities such as the adventure golf aren’t available.
