We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed your holiday overall, but I was very sorry to read about the cleanliness issues you experienced when you arrived at your accommodation. Finding personal belongings left behind by previous guests, including nightwear and underwear, is clearly not acceptable and falls below the standard of presentation we expect. I’m also sorry that the bathrooms were not cleaned and checked thoroughly before your arrival. We did try on several occasions to contact you and resolve but appreciate we kept missing each other. We have shared your feedback with our Accommodation and Housekeeping teams to review what happened and to reinforce the importance of completing detailed checks before every guest arrives. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your honesty, as feedback like this helps us improve our standards. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Bashley in the future and provide the clean, comfortable experience that our guests should expect from the moment they arrive.
