Cleanliness and maintenance are standards we take seriously, so we're disappointed to learn about the condition of the oven, the marks left on the mirrors and TV, the collapsed bed, and the condition of the outside seating area. We're pleased to hear that the bedding and towels were clean, but we appreciate that this did not make up for the other issues you experienced. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address these concerns while you were still on site. Had they been brought to our attention during your stay, our housekeeping and maintenance teams would have been happy to attend and rectify the issues as quickly as possible to help improve your experience. We're also sorry to hear that these issues have affected your view of our Cotswold park, especially as you've said you love Naish. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so that the caravan can be inspected and any necessary cleaning and repairs carried out before it is allocated to future guests.
