Please accept our apologies that the caravan had not been vacuumed prior to your arrival and that the bed had not been prepared for your toddler cot as requested. These are standards we expect to be met, and we will be discussing this with our housekeeping team to help ensure this does not happen again. We do ask that our guests let us know when they are on site to give us the opportunity to put things right. We're also sorry to hear that the air conditioning in the soft play area was not working during your visit. We appreciate this would have made the area less comfortable, particularly for families with young children. We're disappointed to learn that you experienced slow service in the restaurant and found our team to be unwelcoming. Providing friendly, efficient service is something we strive for, and it's concerning to hear that we fell short on this occasion. Your comments will be shared with the restaurant management team so they can review this with the staff involved. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Our park is intended to provide a more relaxed and peaceful holiday experience, and while we do offer family activities and entertainment throughout the season, we appreciate that this may not be as extensive as larger holiday parks such as Butlin's. Information about the facilities and entertainment programme is available before booking so guests can choose the destination that best suits the type of holiday they're looking for. We understand your disappointment that the entertainment on offer wasn't what you had hoped for, and we're sorry you felt there wasn't enough to keep your family occupied during your stay.
