Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We're disappointed to learn about the cleanliness of the caravan, the broken parasol, the slow bar service, and your concerns regarding the outdoor pool. These are all issues we would have wanted the opportunity to address during your stay. If you had let our Reception team know while you were here, we would have been happy to arrange for the caravan to be re-cleaned, replace the parasol where possible, and investigate the other concerns straight away. Our aim is always to resolve any issues as quickly as we can so that our guests can enjoy the rest of their holiday. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and your comments have been passed on to the relevant teams to help us improve.
