Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, but we're very sorry that your overall experience fell below your expectations. We sincerely apologise for the delays and mistakes with your meals in the restaurant. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your meals missed twice and to be kept waiting. We're also very sorry to hear about the condition of your accommodation. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and it's disappointing to learn that your van and patio area were not presented to the standard we expect. The issues you described, particularly the flies in the second bedroom, are unacceptable and will be investigated with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. We also appreciate your comments regarding the condition of the accommodation compared with your daughter's van. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team as we continue to review and improve our accommodation standards. We always ask that any issues are bought to our attention whilst on park so we have the opportunity to put this right. I would like to discuss this please call Cotswold Hoburne at your convenience.
