We apologise that the exterior of the lodge was not presented to the standard you expected, and we're sorry you felt the interior looked a little shabby. If you had let our Reception team know about your concerns during your stay, we would have been more than happy to investigate and do what we could to put things right while you were here. We always encourage guests to report any issues as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to resolve them. Our welcome pack is intended as a starter pack and includes a small supply of essentials, such as one dishwasher tablet, to help guests settle in on arrival.
