However, we’re sorry that the replacement caravan did not meet the expectations of the accommodation you had originally booked. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as you have returned to us every year and have previously enjoyed trouble-free stays. Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We're delighted to hear you had a wonderful stay and that you received a warm welcome from our reception team. It's great to know you found the information provided helpful and enjoyed our well-maintained pitches and facilities. We're pleased you enjoyed The Bay Café & Bar and the stunning sea views made a lasting impression. It's also lovely to hear you made the most of the West Somerset Railway and enjoyed watching the steam trains from our picnic area—a favourite spot for many of our guests. We appreciate your feedback regarding the limited public transport options in the area. While this is outside of our control, we understand how it can impact guests, particularly those travelling by motorhome, and we value you sharing your experience.
