It's lovely to hear that your boys enjoyed watching the trains from the back of the park — the heritage railway is certainly a unique feature of our location and a favourite with many of our younger guests. We're also glad you had the opportunity to visit The Bay Café & Bar and enjoyed your meal with us. We appreciate your comments regarding the touring pitches and electricity supply, and we understand that pitch spacing is an important part of the touring experience. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams. While Blue Anchor is a quieter coastal destination, many guests enjoy the peaceful setting and use it as a base to explore the wider area, including Minehead, Dunster Castle, Exmoor, and the surrounding villages and attractions. However, we understand that the amount of local activity and the beach may not be to everyone’s preference. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the arrangements for your Morris Minor gathering. This Wasn’t booked as a group booking so it was unknown that all the parties where together until after your arrival, also the majority of Blue Anchor are privately owned holiday homes that are for Owner only use and not available for us to allocate to holiday guests.
