We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with the arrangements for your Morris Minor gathering. This Wasn’t booked as a group booking so it was unknown that all the parties where together until after your arrival, also the majority of Blue Anchor are privately owned holiday homes that are for Owner only use and not available for us to allocate to holiday guests. Thank you for taking the time to write such detailed feedback, and especially for being a loyal customer and continuing to choose to stay with us. I’m really sorry that the caravan wasn’t up to the standard you’ve come to expect from us. We absolutely understand your disappointment, particularly as you’ve stayed with us many times before and have always had a positive experience. The issues you’ve mentioned with the fridge, rust in the toilet area, the cleanliness around the flooring and the finish of the new lino are certainly not what we want our guests to find when they arrive. I’ll make sure all of this is passed on to the relevant teams so that it can be looked into properly. We really do appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like this is important as it allows us to put things right, and we’d hate for one disappointing stay to change how you feel about Devon Bay.
