I’m really sorry to hear that this stay didn’t meet the standard you’ve experienced with us previously, particularly as you’ve stayed with us before. The issues you’ve mentioned with the cleanliness of the caravan are certainly not what we expect, and we’re sorry you had to deal with these on arrival. The fridge, bathroom and flooring should all have been properly checked before your arrival, and we’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the relevant teams. We’re also sorry about the confusion around the food service and the information you were given regarding the kitchen closing time. We understand how frustrating this must have been. Regarding the swimming, we completely understand why the additional £3 charge may have been frustrating. The £3 charge was for the inflatable pool party taking place that day, rather than a charge to use the indoor pool itself. We do offer some additional activities during the season, such as Family Fun Night and pool inflatables, which have a separate charge, and we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear at the time. We’re pleased to hear that our reception team were welcoming, but we appreciate that this doesn’t make up for the other parts of your stay that fell short. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
