Wow, 29 years! What an amazing amount of time to have been coming to Devon Bay. ❤️ It’s so lovely to hear that you’ve gone from bringing your own family to now bringing the grandchildren — that really does mean a lot to us. Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. We’re sorry that there were several things that weren’t quite right during your stay, especially as you were expecting a higher standard from a Select caravan. The decking and outdoor furniture should absolutely have been clean and ready for you on arrival, and we’re sorry you had to contact reception to get this sorted. We’ll also pass on your comments about the grill, oven, crockery, bedside lights and the mould in the shower so these can all be checked properly. With regards to the hot tub, our hot tub team visit twice a day to check the chemical levels and water quality, so we’re sorry that the water wasn’t as clear as you would have expected towards the end of your stay. We’ll certainly pass this on to the team so they can look into what may have happened. We understand what you mean about the size of the caravan too. Our Select caravans can vary in layout and design, but we appreciate that this one felt smaller to you compared with the three-bedroom caravan you stayed in previously. It’s good to hear that you found the sofa very comfortable, and we hope that despite the issues, you were still able to enjoy some of your time with us.
