We’re really pleased to hear that, overall, you had another enjoyable holiday with us and that you loved the accommodation, hot tub and entertainment. It sounds like your teenage girls made the most of everything on site too! It’s also great to hear that you enjoy the location and the easy access to the beaches, Paignton and local supermarkets. We completely understand your comments about the bus as well, and as you mentioned, the changes to the Stagecoach service are unfortunately outside of our control. We are, however, genuinely sorry and disappointed to read your comments regarding the disabled parking space. Having stayed with us for three consecutive years and made the same request each time, we completely understand why you feel let down, particularly after being told it would be sorted. This should have been handled much better, and we’re sorry that we didn’t meet your needs in this respect. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll make sure your feedback is shared with the relevant team so that we can look at how we manage these requests going forward. We certainly don’t want guests with accessibility needs to feel that their requirements are an afterthought.
