I have recommended Helpful Holidays to all my friends. There was something special and delightful about every one of their properties I have stayed in. There was one occasion when I wanted to book a large house to invite friends to celebrate a special birthday. Before I could make the booking I had to know the names of everyone attending. This was difficult and i gave up on the idea. It was however a stipulation made by the owner and not Helpful Holiday's and staff did all they could to find another property.
I have always found the staff efficient and friendly.
