Slightly disappointed I could not complete booking online but Helpful Holidays phoned within 24 hours to do this over the phone. Member of staff who phoned me was very helpful and efficient.

Thank you very much for your comments. I'm sorry you weren't able to confirm online, but we now let over 600 properties, and with 600 different owners we often encounter variations in the way in which houses are let. Some properties have restrictions against pets and children, and occasionally this does get missed by our potential bookers. In order to ensure there are no mix ups it's necessary for us to check that the property you've booked is suitable for your party before we can let you confirm and pay for your booking. Sorry again for the delay, but do have a great holiday.
