Thank you for your comments, unfortunately with over 600 properties, and 600 different owners we often encounter variations in the way in which houses are let. Some properties have restrictions against pets and children, and occasionally this does get missed by our potential bookers. In order to ensure there are no mix ups it's necessary for us to check that the property you've booked is suitable for your party. I'm sorry about the delay, but hope you have a great holiday.
