All they do is book and take your money. Period. Don't expect any assistance beyond that...without a huge fee, of course...which is basically giving you the finger for asking.

I'm sorry for your frustration and that your flights to Rome were not comfortable and you had difficulty trying to upgrade your return flights. Any airline ticket that has been partially used falls under the control of the airlines and it is impossible for us to change or upgrade that ticket without incurring fees from them. We do not add any additional fee in these cases as it is our goal to provide the best overall experience we can. I'm happy to see that despite the start with your flights, that you enjoyed the trip.
