I find it hard to rate. Ananda is a terrific tour leader but no one, however skilled, should be saddled with 50, yes FIFTY people. She is excellent but the tour suffered from putting profits first.

We do strive to provide clean, comfortable and convenient hotels and appreciate you letting us know when those standards are not met. It is a difficult situation when guests get sick and we apologize for the inconvenience.
