Tour Director Anne Kennedy from Australia, Hotels, Optional, Dinners = lowest quality The previous trips were far better. Hope never to use Insight Vacation again.

Excellent service by tour guides and others with GET. Hotels not mostly 5-star as advertised. Hotel personnel in some locations not very accommodating or particularly friendly.
