Great flights, poor hotel

Great service though quite expensive so not sure we’ll use it again. Certainly would not purchase package holiday as the hotel we had was very overpriced and not good value for money.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our flights and service, though we’re sorry the hotel didn’t meet your expectations, and we will pass on your feedback to them. We work hard to select accommodation that ticks all the boxes for many types of travellers, and over the years this hotel has been a firm favourite for families. We hope to welcome you again on a future FlyDirect flight or holiday package and would be happy to recommend a hotel that better suits your preferences.
