I am sorry to hear that you found the quality of the complimentary snack provided by our partners at BA CityFlyer to be poor, and I will ensure your comments are passed on to the relevant people. We do state online and on our pre-departure information that a "buy on board" service isn't available on our flights and clients are of course welcome to take their own snacks on-board.
