Thank you for your feedback, it is a shame to hear that you didn't like the aircraft configuration and felt cramped on-board with our partners at Smartwings. Unfortunately due to the distance from the Isle of Man to Tenerife it isn't possible to use the BA CityFlyer aircraft but I will pass your comments on to the relevant people. Should you wish to travel with us at FlyDirect on a summer route, we are still in partnership with BA CityFlyer and their comfortable Embraer E190 jet aircraft.
