Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. The initial 90-minute delay was due to air traffic control restrictions at Tenerife Airport, and we’re sorry that this was not clearly communicated by the crew at the time. This is something we will address with them. The flight was able to make up approximately 40 minutes of the delay, and we hope this shorter delay at the start of your holiday did not impact your time away.

Checkin

Check in is really unacceptable, not enough staff and it takes so long both sides. We arrived on time for both checkin stated opening time and it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes to action check in....

A better way to travel to/from an Island but could be improved

Check in facilities at Tenerife took up to an hour and a half. The plane departure was delayed but there was no information as to why and how long.
