It is noted in our Shipping FAQ that: There may be additional customs fees incurred based on the local importation laws of your country. You (the recipient) are responsible for all customs fees charged by your country’s customs agency.

Hello! I have created a support ticket for you in our system. From what you posted here it seems that the FlashRouter could benefit from a firmware upgrade and we would be happy to assist you in doing so!
It never worked, and like half the routers I buy from you that is the case. When I buy from other companies never have these issues. I keep hoping you will be better, but it is never the case....

Very quick to ship and easy setup. It was understood that there would be some reduction in connection speed, but it was slowed more than expected.
