How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Tried to contact for help setting up, couldn’t ever connect with anyone who could help me. While router is working, I had to reset it and I am not convinced that it is working properly.

Netgear R7800-DDWRTMore reviews of this productView product websiteIt's pretty good -- faster than what I had. But it doesn't live up to all the hype. I feel like I might need a mesh system to cover all of the area that I thought would be coverted by this router.

Linksys WRT3200ACM-DDWRTMore reviews of this productView product websiteSeems to work good. Signal strength on in the room under where the router lives seems a little weak - other routers have always been full strength, the FlashRouter is 4 out of 5 at best.
