I am sorry to learn that your fabric was not cut particularly well. As far as I know we are still cutting cloth today the same way we have for the last 50 years, but we do have new staff in the warehouse who are still being trained up. I suspect that that they are not quite used to cutting cloth yet.
I have already had a quick chat with our warehouse manger to see if we can make this a particular focus going forward, and I am certain that the cuts will improve from now on.
I am told that usually we try to cut slightly more fabric on each order than requested, to account for these and similar issues. If this is not the case please do let us know and we can look into getting the fabric replaced for you.
