You are correct that your order was dispatched on the 13th April via. Royal Mail 48. Even on a 48 hour service, though, I would have expected you to have received this by now.
We will be in touch via. email shortly to discuss in a bit more detail, and if you have still not received your order by today we will work to get this resolved for you ASAP.

After the delay in delivery with royal mail the seller offered various options should the fabric not arrive, which I'm glad to say it has. It looks lovely and 'as described'. It feels as if it should sew well too.

All of our fabrics are sold from stock from our warehouse in Manchester.
It was an easy purchase and the blackout lining combined with interlining arrived quickly on a roll with no creases. Very happy with the whole experience.
