I am sorry to learn that you have not received your order yet. According to the courier they have attempted to deliver this one already, but no-one was available to take delivery. I will ask someone on our customer support team to get in touch with you to discuss another attempt.
According to our records, however, this order was placed last week, not 14 days ago. Is there another other order that we need to chase up for you as well?

The delay in receiving my order was mostly down to poor service by the courier and total misinformation given by them to both myself and fabric online
They first claimed they had tried to deliver and nobody was home and they alleged they left a card
When this was disproved no card and somebody at home and cctv evidence they said parcel was poorly addressed and driver brought it back this was again disproved when it arrived properly addressed
It was kept by courier DX for 3 days at their local depot without explanation or apology
