Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent in all departments

Early reminder simple phone call for renewal, excellent customer service. Not had to claim for several years but when necessary direct engagement with vet removed any administrative concerns.

Hi Freya, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We have attempted to telephone you a couple of times today but unfortunately have not been able to reach you. All our renewals are automatic as per our terms and conditions. Policies are renewed at least 21 days before the renewal date to give our customers chance to contact us to make any amendments to their cover or to cancel their policy if it is no longer required. At the renewal stage, policies are automatically renewed with the same terms as before unless we hear from you otherwise with regards to any changes. Policies can be cancelled at anytime in the policy period with no cancellation fee. We welcome you to please contact us to discuss your policy. In the meantime, I will send you an email which you may also respond to if telephone is not convenient for you. We look forward to hearing from you to resolve your issue.
