I can only apologise for this inconvenience, I have re-sent them to the same email address. I would like to also note that if the documents are ever misplaced or do not arrive, you can log into the website and view the documents. Please make sure you check your spam/junk folders as unfortunately on occasion they do sometimes get redirected to these folders!
