Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Hello Darron, Thank you for the 5* Review. I've looked into this for you and I can see that you are correct it does show the value as £10, When setting up the policy online it does ask the value of the pet as the first question after the type of pet is selected, I have amended this detail on our internal system and it will not cause any problems with the type of policy that you have purchased. I have also fed this back to our IT department, Unfortunately I am not able to change it on the application form, however, I can assure you this will have no affect on your policy as I have made the required change internally.
