Lack of communication after returning a rug and two weeks to refund. Wont use again im afraid....

I just wanted to defend ourselves on this a little on your feedback. Obviously you have every right to feel how you do, however, just wanted to put the facts out there.
You ordered the rug on Saturday the 8th April. It was delivered to you on 11th April.
You then returned the rug on Saturday 22th April and it was refunded on the 29th, and I've just checked according to paypal you had the money back and with you on the 30th.
There were numerous emails between us about you exchanging the rug for a different size, about you asking for a refund when the rug came back and about the fact that your refund had been processed already by the time you emailed me but there must have been a slight delay with it going through due to it being the weekend.
I'm very sorry you will not use us again but just wanted to lay the facts out here as anyone reading your review would question using us and it was a 5 working day turnaround on the refund (7 days in total).

We did send you an email on 21st April, I have also just sent you another one advising that we hadn't noticed that the bag had gone out of stock and that a refund had been processed. A refund was processed on 21st April so the money should be back with you by now as we use sagepay who are very trustworthy and very good and I have never had an issue with them at all - but happy to investigate further if not. I am very sorry that you haven't received our email occasionally we end up in junk mail depending on the spam filters. But we have 100% been in contact. Fingers x you get the email I just sent but if not, double check your junk folder it may be in there, or we can communicate on here.
My order was swiftly delivered and fits a treat. Appears to be well made as for wearability only time will tell. So pleased with my purchase, yes.

Thank you - the discount is appreciated and brings the price for what I received in line with other retailers. I didn't complain nor return the items as I needed protection for my horses during the warm weather we unexpectedly had. It was just disappointing that I had searched and searched for the bug eye mask and thought that was what I was receiving from you.
