I've just looked into your order. Not to question you at all but are you 100% sure that the delivery of this relates to us as we send everything via DPD, and I've just tracked your order and it left us on the 18th and was delivered to you on the 20th - the courier has even posted an image of the rug left outside your front door on the 20th?
