HiWe have replied to you, we sent an email on Feb 16th. I have also just re-sent the email to you - advising you to return the parcel to us using myhermes and that we would compensate the postage. I don't know why but your email is blocking all emails from me, advising that it looks like spam. I have even attempted to email you from my personal email address but it will not allow an email to come through. I didn't previously get a notification saying that it hadn't gone through but maybe that is the problem, but can assure you I did reply to you. The email said, please return the parcel wrapping the salts in plastic bags as best possible so as to avoid any further leaks, I will then refund once received and compensate you for the postage - if you could use myhermes it won't cost you any more than £4.95 and that's what I will compensate.
