It is our company policy that once an item has left us not to send out another item, until the original item is returned as we obviously need to ensure that we have the incorrect item back so we don't lose stock - this is a fairly standard policy in retail.

Just looking into your purchase we fully appreciate that it is very annoying to receive the wrong item, and we admit it does happen from time to time - we are only human and mistakes happen, however, where possible we try to rectify them as best we can. With regard to yourself we collected the incorrect item from you at a time that suited you, and then despatched the correct item straight out - all on a next day delivery to speed things up. So you, ordered in the evening of the 10th May, and signed for the correct item by the 16th. Which would be 4 working days (as it fell across a weekend) from the date of your order. Our delivery time frames are 2-5 days. As I said I know it's very annoying and fully appreciate that, but we did still get the correct product to you, within 4 days of your order being placed.
