We are sorry to see that you are not totally satisfied with our service, although not sure we agree with your comment regarding stock availability...your order was placed on 28th October and in your hands by 1st November which is within the 1-2 working day delivery service that we offer. Regarding delivery charges, we offer free delivery for orders over £50, however for orders below this amount we do have to apply a delivery charge - currently £5.95 to cover costs of packing and courier delivery.
