I am sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been a positive one. Unfortunately if equipment is reported faulty after installation, we are required to follow a process in collaboration with the manufacturer. This involves the manufacturer's technical team assesing the fault in case it can be resolved by providing remote instruction or by deploying an engineer - unfortunately for installed products it is not simply a case of collecting the item and refunding. I can see on this occasion that your unit has now been verified by the manufactuer as faulty and collection has been booked. Once received a full refund will be processed for this order. Once again we apologise that you have been inconvenienced by the supply of a product that developped a fault, but pleased that this has been resolved under manufactuerers warranty.
