Hi Paul, thanks so much for taking the time to leave this detailed and objective review. We share your frustration in that all the good work we do here and the care taken in preparing and packaging orders for delivery can be undone when the carrier performs poorly. We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused by the failed delivery attempts and will feed back to the 'higher ups' and suggest the possibility offering alternative corier options at check out to give customers a choice at checkout as to which carrier to use. Having said all this, I am glad that through our discussions we were able to smooth things over. As always it's a pleasure to deal with you.
