Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Try and get your address right then the product won’t take over a week tho get to you ,the plants were ruined last time I use dobies.

Postal speed not good for live plants.

Good communication about arrival if shipment. But live plants were sent late in the week and took too long in the post. Would not buy again.
