Quick response to my concern

My complaint was that their carrier took six days to deliver therefore some plugs were lost

Not very impressed with quality.

Plants turned up very dry and the leaves were all yellow, l think they were in the post too long,watered and potted up immediately but even after a week the plants look very poorly think many will...

We are ever so sorry to hear your comments and can confirm our plants are packed to tolerate up to 6 days in transit, they can look a little tired upon arrival but soon perk up once they have been potted on and given a good drink of water. We are truly sorry to hear this has not been the case and the plants have not recovered on this occasion.
