We’re proud to deliver great value and quality to our customers and ensure to dispatch our plug plants at the best, optimal time to ensure they are received in a healthy condition ready for potting on. Our plug plants are packaged in this way to avoid damage from transit, but sadly on occasion the rigors of transit will be beyond that in which our packaging can protect. We apologise that your plants did not arrive in the condition we would expect and hope you‘ll give us chance to prove ourselves.
