How do we deal with fake reviews?

Need different plants easily identified before planting in right bed.

Phone help said wait till summer to find out the difference. No help to group kinds together

Delivery took too long.

Busy Lizzies took 8 days to arrive and were totally dead' Dobies said they would replace but in about 6 months time.
