Direct Debits all transferred perfectly, card and cheque book arrived as promised as did the £100 transfer payment, user friend easy to manage on line via the app.

With respect to your comment about Open Banking, this is something that you would have to opt in to, rather than it being something we would force you to use. If you have concerns about Open Banking, you simply need to ensure that you do not give us your permission to allow access to this on your account.
