We have indeed shipped a replacement out to you through USPS and this is expected to arrive by the 14th September, all being well. We are in the hands of USPS to have your order delivered safely and swiftly - something they do for thousands of our orders each week to the US. Of course, we fully understand that this means little when you are one of the few negatively impacted by delays or the loss of a parcel, something which we work tirelessly to reduce as much as possible.
