I am somewhat worried at your reference to a poor fit as we work very hard to ensure our classic shirt measurements are always available in our brochures and website should you need a guide before purchase. I will be in touch shortly to see if perhaps you would benefit from a different size going forward.

I am sorry to hear you have found the sleeves on this lovely polo shirt not to fit you exactly. As these are part of our casual wear they are designed to fit a range of sizes and we do our best to design them so that their measurements suit the majority of our customers. With this polo the sleeves are actually designed to be worn rolled back and this makes for a slightly longer sleeve. I will however pass on your comments to my Customer Feedback Team so that we may review our sizing guides in future and I hope this didn’t cause too much disappointment.
