Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We are pleased to read that you found the Travel Director extremely knowledgeable and helpful, particularly with arranging your airport transfer at the end of the tour. It is also encouraging to read that you appreciated the Coach Driver, local specialists and the interesting stops included along the way. We understand your disappointment regarding the itinerary changes and the Optional Experiences that were no longer available. We also appreciate your comments about the Rhine River cruise being replaced due to low water levels and the limited visibility during the mountain and lake experience in Lucerne. While some circumstances are beyond our control, we understand how these changes affected your expectations. Thank you also for sharing your comments regarding the hotels, including your experience at the Ibis, as well as your suggestion of extending your time in Paris or adding a stay in Belgium.
