It is also encouraging to know that you appreciated the personal knowledge and friendly approach shared along the way. We are pleased to read that you felt safe and comfortable with the Coach Driver and appreciated the skill involved in navigating both cities and smaller villages. We also appreciate your recognition of the frequent stops and the opportunity to discover some of the lesser known highlights along the route. Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and balanced review. We are delighted to hear that you found the Costsaver experience such an appealing compromise, and your comparison with a land-based cruise is a helpful way of describing how the basics are covered while leaving room to tailor the trip through Optional Excursions. We appreciate your candid account of the trade-offs, including the fairly structured schedule, the brief comfort and photo stops, and the occasional sight passed without stopping. It is encouraging to learn that, for you, these were outweighed by the knowledge of your Travel Director, the absence of driving and navigation, and the opportunity to meet fellow travellers from around the world. We are also pleased that the Irish Wonder itinerary allowed you to see so many highlights, from the Ring of Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher to the Giant's Causeway, Dublin, Belfast and Derry, and to gain a clearer understanding of the history of both the Republic and Northern Ireland. We shall be happy to share your comments with our Product Development Department, and we hope that you will have the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.

We appreciate your comments regarding the pace of the tour and the early starts. We understand that the itinerary is designed to make the most of the time available, while recognising that this can result in a busy schedule. Your suggestion of adding pre and post stay nights is a helpful way to allow additional time for more relaxed exploration.
