Costsaver Reviews

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a clear and thoughtful account of your Yangtze River cruise tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the experience comprehensive and satisfying, and that your Travel Director's knowledge, together with the additional recommendations on sights, culture and food, enriched the journey so considerably. We are also pleased that you found the tour well organised and comfortably paced, without any sense of being rushed. We appreciate your remarks that most of the hotels were well located, with shops and restaurants nearby for exploring during your free time. We are sorry that one property was somewhat out of the way and isolated, and we shall share this observation with our Operations Department so that hotel locations may be reviewed carefully. We shall also be sure to pass on your kind words to the colleague concerned, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
