Thank you for travelling with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your recent “Splendour of Italy” tour did not meet the expectations set by your previous experiences with Costsaver. It is disappointing to learn that the accommodation standards, including cleanliness, maintenance and organisation, as well as food quality, fell short at several properties. We also regret that communication from your Travel Director was not always clear, particularly regarding daily schedules and optional excursions, and we understand how this would have affected your overall experience. We are pleased that you were still able to appreciate the beauty of Italy itself, and thank you for acknowledging this. Your feedback is taken seriously and will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing review of both accommodation partners and tour delivery. Thank you again for your continued support over multiple journeys with us. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.

Thank you for being our guest and for travelling with Costsaver.
