I am disappointed to hear that the buttons on the trousers you ordered have an issue. If you would like to return the trousers to us you can do so using the collect+ free returns label. I understand if you want to keep the goods but are advising about the issue with the buttons. I will have this comments passed on and the trousers in stock looked at to see if there is anything we can do with the supplier about this.
